Hi, my name is Kate Boltz, and I am a mentor and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I live in the Nashville TN, area.  I worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 7 years before coming to join the team at Restore Counseling Services. In addition to providing clinical care, I had the honor and privilege of walking alongside families in times of celebration, uncertainty, and grief.  I am passionate about helping individuals come to a better understanding of themselves and experience genuine connection with others. I have special interest in the areas of perinatal mental health and worker care, on and off of the mission field.

I love a great cup of coffee with a good friend. I enjoy playing with my kids, spending time with my friends and family, playing cards and board games, sitting around a fire, and traveling with my husband both domestically and abroad. In my free time, I volunteer with the youth at our church, and I care deeply about investing in the next generation.
